Best and Worst countries for mothers:

Norway rose to the top of the list while Somalia remained last for the second year in a row in Save the Children's "State of the World's Mothers 2015: The Urban Disadvantage," released Monday evening.  

Best countries for mothers:

3. Iceland
4. Denmark
5. Sweden

Worst countries for mothers:

1. Somalia
2. Democratic Republic of the Congo
3. The Central African Republic
4. Mali
5. Niger
