Kenya ranks lower than war-torn
countries like Iraq and Ukraine and was rated the 125th happiest country. This is compared to last year in position 134,
making it one of the 25 unhappy nations.
In determining what it means happy, the report
had to look into account people’s own evaluation of their lives and considering
factors including GDP per capita, health and life expectancy, perception of
corruption, social support and freedom to make life decisions.
