August Alsina Blindness

 

August Alsina opened up to fans about a difficult health issue that he's been fighting through, and revealed that he is blind in his left eye and is going blind in his right. The singer shared a photo from the doctor's office as he was undergoing a "painful" eye surgery to prevent his sight from further deteriorating. August had his eyes pried open while lasers were shot into both eyes.
