Two-headed calf -'One in 400 million'

A calf born on a small farm in Baker County, Florida with two heads has been dubbed a 'one in 400 million' animal - but is unlikely to live for long. Vets have said there is nothing they can do to keep calf (Annabel) alive for long. It is believed the calf was born with a condition called polycephaly - where an embryo begins to split into twins, but stops.

Video Shows Teacher 'forcibly kissing' young student

 

A teacher has been sacked after he was snared kissing a student on camera. The teacher was filmed by other students as he tried to hug and kiss a 16-year-old at a school in the Yubei District of Chongqing, southwest China. In the 30 second clip, the balding teacher named as Mr Xu, is seen apparently trying to hug the girl by a window.

President Uhuru Kenyatta’s has abandoned the Sh24.6 billion laptops project for schools, which hasn’t taken off in over two years because of a tender row, for the cheaper and more portable and classy tablets. Sh17.58 billion has been set aside for the laptops project; these funds are expected to be used to buy the tablets.
